Our Team
Our dedicated team plays an integral part in the success of our patients at Cross City Nursing and Rehabilitation. The members of our skilled and diverse therapy team have decades of combined experience with specialties in orthopedics, spinal treatment, neurological treatment, wounds, geriatrics, wheelchair positioning, restraint reduction, swallowing, cognitive staging and urinary incontinence. Our staff is compassionate and understanding to our patients' needs and foster a warm and positive atmosphere while utilizing their years of experience and skill to provide treatment.

Director of Nursing
I've been working in the skilled nursing/ long-term care field since a senior in High school. I graduated from Dixie County High School in 2007 with my CNA certification and later obtained my LPN license from Suwannee-Hamilton Technical College in 2010. After six years of practice, I went back to school and obtained my Associates in Nursing Degree at Rasmussen College of Ocala. Currently, I'm completing my Bachelor's of Nursing Degree at University of West Florida with plans to graduate April of 2020. I've had the pleasure of being employed with Cross City Nursing & Rehab throughout this journey and I'm honored to hold the title as Director of Nursing.
